Water, Sustainability and Development ’25<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

One quarter of the world population still depends on unsafely managed water supplies and in the last half century the world records a 35% shrinkage of natural wetlands.<\/p>\n

The aim of the Seminar Water, Sustainability and Development \u201925<\/strong> is to be a discussion forum between researchers, students, and local and national agencies from different scientific backgrounds on the topic of water availability, supply and reuse, risks and capacities of local communities to cope with this global problem.<\/p>\n

WSD’25 is a hybrid scientific event will take place at the Polydisciplinary Faculty of Safi (Cadi Ayyad University), at SAFI.<\/p>\n

Call for short papers<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Authors are invited to submit a short paper in English or French which will include title, introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusions and references, following the short paper template<\/a>. The short papers can be submitted electronically via the specific form<\/a> no later than 15th<\/sup> January 2025<\/strong> (15<\/s>th <\/s><\/sup>December 2024<\/s>). Short papers will be accepted based on quality, originality and relevance to the seminar themes, after peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Accepted short papers will be included in the Book of Proceedings, jointly edited by Cadi Ayyad University, Open University of Portugal, Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning at Lisbon University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
